Banana bread breakfast shake

If your love of banana bread is strong then  you will love this recipe! This shake keeps me feeling full all morning because of it’s slow-digesting complex carbs (bran flakes and outmeal).

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup cooked oats
  • 3/4 cup bran flakes
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup of ice

Method:

  • Mix all of the ingredients into a blender
  • Enjoy!
