All programs are soft copy, there are no hard copy programs available.

Q: Can anyone do the programs?

Absolutely. The meal plans are custom designed based on your individual needs and in accordance with your fitness goals.

Q: Do you write meal plan programs for vegan/vegetarian?

Yes.

Q: I’ve just purchased a meal plan program but don’t have it. Why?

Once you purchase your macro meal plan, you will receive an email to fill out a new client questionnaire form. Please then allow for 2-3 business days for all new plans to be written.

Q: Can I drink coffee?

Yes, you can although try to limit consumption. Try to stick mainly to water, black coffee or coffee with some almond milk and other zero calorie drinks.

Q: I’m not losing weight. Why?

It’s hard to be 100% sure, however if you are following the adhering to the plan and combining that with regular exercise then your body will be changing. Instead of relying on the scales to determine your results, take progress pictures each week (front, back and side). This is a better indication of your progress as there are many elements that can alter the reading on the scales.

The contest prep program is specifically designed for those wanting to compete in a show, therefore it is advised only those individuals with that goal in mind take part in this program.

Q: Do you write meal plan programs for vegan/vegetarian?

Yes.

Q: Why are the macro meal plans one lump sum payment but the contest prep program is a weekly payment?

The macro meal plans are delivered in 4 week blocks and focus on nutrition only.

The contest prep programs require a lot more attention to detail and require the athlete working closely with me on a week to week basis. The contest prep program focuses on nutrition, training, supplements, stage presence, help with bikinis, dresses, tanning, theme wear and 24/7 online support.


REVERSE DIETING PROGRAM

The reverse dieting program is specifically designed for those who have recently competed in a show and need help/guidance with nutrition post show, therefore it is advised only those individuals who have recently competed or are about to compete take part in this program.

4 WEEK SUMMER SHRED PROGRAM
