I have been following meal plans from The Fitness Diaries for 4 weeks now. With having a demanding job, and commitments to sporting teams and the gym, I find it doesn’t leave me with much to time to prepare long, time consuming meals. Now, I can have a delicious meal cooked and prepared within 45 minutes start to finish for every day of the week. I have finally found a plan that works. Thank you Monique!
