After seeing Monique’s transformation and the way in which she has transformed her own body I was so inspired by her. I wanted to look like that too but after having three babies, I thought it would be near impossible to get my pre baby body back.
Monique started me off with a 4 week meal plan, she asked me what food I liked and disliked and constructed my program based off that instead of just handing me a cookie cutter meal plan. I loved the meal options and the results I was getting. I was losing the baby weight and my stomach was toning up which gave me more motivation to continue with meal plans. Monique also gave me a workout program that was exactly what I needed and looked forward to doing each session.
As a mum of 3, I was mentally and physically exhausted, sleep deprived and at times my motivation was low, but Monique was always there backing me all the way and encouraging me, checking in to see how I was going and if I needed anyway. I really appreciated this support and that helped me to stick to the plan. All in all, I’m very happy with Monique’s programs and my ability to lose the baby weight! I feel great. Would recommend her highly to all women, young, old and anywhere in between.
