When I first came to Monique, I was eating my idea of a ‘healthy’ diet and training 4-5 times a week yet I was still unsatisfied with my body. I couldn’t work out why I was still storing fat and not in the physical shape I wanted to be. Monique wrote me up a diet that was tailored to my body to help me achieve the body I desired. Not only did the results show a massive difference in my appearance during the first two weeks of doing my meal plan, but my mental health improved along with it. Monique has been so supportive on my journey, constantly asking if there is anything more she can do to help, asking me to keep a diary so she can track my progress and also updating my meal plan so I don’t get bored of what I am consuming. I am overwhelmingly satisfied with the results I have achieved through doing Monique’s meal plan and could not recommend her enough!
