I am 7 days into my new program with The Fitness Diaries and already seeing results. I feel extremely motivated and guided towards my fitness goals with Monique. Her meal plans are completely customised so I get the eat the foods that I enjoy and that fit my lifestyle. I’m really enjoying the workout routines too.

Before I started with Monique, I was a bit lost with my weekly workout routines and meal plans but after joining the program I know what I’m doing and I have the guidance and support I need. I would definitely recommend Monique to my family and friends. Her programs are incredible!
